Single Acting Lock Nut Cylinders

HLN SERIES

Single-acting hydraulic cylinders with a locking ring are a safe solution for long-term lifting work. The basic range covers cylinders in the push capacity range from 50 to 300 ton, in addition to which cylinders are available on special order up to 1000 tons.

Can support the load for a long period of time
The lock nut can be adjusted at any point on the stroke of the cylinder to lock the load off
Ram and inside housing are nickel plated to prevent rust and corrosion
Two overflow ports in the support rings to avoid over extension of the ram
Colour indicator to alert the operator of maximum stroke level
High flow ball coupler and dust cap included
Maximum working pressure is 700 bar
